Step 2: Schedule a demo.

Step 4: Sign Up
Fill out our contract and the agreement from your local board to get the IDX data access.
(Make sure it's the FTP or RETS, not the framed agreement.)
Step 5: Complete the To-Do List.
Your salesperson will provide your with a document that has all the information we need to get your site up and running. Once you send this back to sales, your site will be queued up to go live.
Step 6: Wait for Customer Service to Call.
The day after your site goes live, you will get a call from our Welcome Team. They will
walk you through the broker side and every thing you need to know administratively. They will also set up a date to train your agents. Within a few days your advertising will go live and your leads will begin.
Step 7: Ongoing Training & Maintenance
Your agents can take part in our bi-weekly training session. This is great for any new agents or just ones looking for a refresher course. We also will follow up with our broker spot checks to make sure you are doing ok and that your agents are producing.
