Where are you attracting the prospects from?
At RealtyGenerator, we have a whole team of experts whose job it is to make sure your budget is
maximized to its fullest through extent through a variety of sources.
Prospects searching on a site like Google for homes in your area will click on one of our ads and be routed to your brokerage website. Also, your agents’ listings can be syndicated across the web to bring prospects from places like Google Base, Trulia, Oodle, and Propsmart. Your agents will also receive prospects when they upload their listings onto your local Craigslist, and from “organic” results, which is when your website appears high on a search results page because of the high volume and relevancy to their search.
The syndication and organic results are a complimentary added value on top of the amount of advertising you decide you want us to generate for you. You will receive a report each week outlining the activity on your subscription. If you ever have questions on the report, you can call in and we’ll be glad to help you.
What keywords am I buying?
With RealtyGenerator, you don’t have to buy keywords. Once you decide how much advertising you want, you’ll
be taking advantage of our experience and national buying power to drive targeted prospects to your company website.
How do you know that my website visitors will register and become prospects?
It’s a numbers game. Our experience shows that approximately 1 out of 10 prospects will self-identify themselves to you.
Once they do, they become attached to your website so that they get to know your team as the neighborhood experts each time they visit.
How many prospects are you guaranteeing me?
Once you tell us how much advertising you want each month within your area, we’ll use our national buying
power to put that investment to work for you. We can tell you approximately how many registered prospects
you’ll get each month with your level of advertising, but it’s an estimate and will vary from month to month.
If I direct people to the site via my own advertising, how will your reports be able to distinguish between the two?
The prospects that we drive to your site will not be routed through your URL (web address). We use other paths
and special web pages which indicate exactly whether the prospect came from our advertising or yours.
Your agents should include the URL on all of your marketing pieces–brochures, business cards, etc.–to
generate more business for your brokerage.
How are prospects distributed?
With RealtyGenerator, you can determine which of your agents receive prospects. Many brokers do it round-robin
for the entire brokerage, others have a core team focused on solely on these prospects. You can see which agents
are most responsive to your RealtyGenerator prospects and reward them with more prospective business.
Can I use the website I have now? Why not?
You are not going to want to use any site but the one that we build for you and here’s why: The website that
we build for your brokerage has an incredibly high prospect conversion rate. Unlike many other websites, it is
designed specifically to turn potential homebuyers into prospects. Over the last 5 years we have found that these
sites convert visitors into registered prospects at a rate of 10% or higher. This is substantially higher than the
average real estate website, which averages only 1 to 3% conversion. That doesn’t mean that you have to give up your
current website(s) if they are working for you. We think you’ll want to add ours to your mix.
How many prospects will my agents get for my ad budget?
There is no way to know specifically, but the more you invest, the greater your chances are of capturing business.
Our subscribers have seen capture rates ranging from a conservative 5 or 6% to well over 10%.
What should my agents do with the clients or prospects they have now?
Because the system focuses on the buyer experience, our recommendation to all our subscribers is to have
their agents take all their active and non-active buyer prospects and add them into the system.
Once that’s complete, we recommend that they notify that person via phone, email or postcard
(whichever will work best for that person) and invite them to go to your site
(link should be included in distribution) to sign up for listing alerts. These are the heart of our prospect cultivation success.
