Our company's inception occurred out of the sheer need for a better business model for the real estate professional. Most realtors and real estate firms have websites that act as nothing more than glorified business cards. We felt that, that business model really wasn't working and needed to be changed.

Justin Tracy - Founder
In early 2001 Justin Tracy started programming, and programming, and 6 months later after the loss of much pigment, Realty Generator was born. Justin went to The College of New Jersey for Computer Science and was also a member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon - The International Honor Society for the Computing Sciences. Despite all these geeky traits, Justin leads quite an interesting life. During his college days Justin was a semi-professional snowboarder riding for Salomon Snowboards & Bonfire Clothing. He even got 10th in the US Open of Snowboarding. Today Justin and his beautiful bride to be Jessica even have their own snowboard park in their backyard & continue to try and fight yuppiness to the best of their ability.
James Luce - Director of Training & Support
James has been on board from the beginning and was integral to the design and implementation of Realty Generator. From teaching weekly classes on the system, to designing website graphics and new features, James keeps the gears of Realty Generator well-oiled. James' personal interests include racing his Subaru, snowboarding & luthiery.

Melanie Hallsten - Customer Care Evangelist
From boutique owner to managing the customer service and technical support desk for a multi-million dollar company, Melanie has lent her experience and knowledge to Realty Generator as Call Center and Help Desk Director.  Melanie lives in the wooded mountains of Colorado.  This allows her the freedom ride her horses daily in the Rocky Mountains.  She shares her time with her family, horses, and hunting dogs.  Her interests include horseback riding, stock car racing, equine photography and spending time with her family.
Dan Christensen - Director of Advertising
In Dan’s spare time you’ll probably catch him reading the business section of the New York Times or calculating how much money he’s spending on gas in any given week.  He endeavors for only one thing, and that’s getting the best bang for the buck, and he applies that knowledge to better optimize our client's advertising campaigns.  Other than stressing over whether or not budget’s are being met, Dan is a supreme handyman whether it be carpentry, or tinkering with his classic BMW.
Josh Pollara - Senior System Administrator
Josh makes sure all of Realty Generator's servers are running, fast. Really fast. Josh loves all things fast, likes to go fast, & his favorite movie is Ricky Bobby, cause he too likes to go fast. Josh has a bachelors in Computer Information Systems from Towson University. His previous employment endeavors included making Looksmart's servers go fast. In his spare time he enjoys watching movies and particularly horrible TV shows like Reno 911 and Highlander.

Lou Rogai - Senior Support Specialist
If you've had a problem on Realty Generator, you've probably experience the friendly guidance of Lou Rogai. Lou Rogai is a dedicated musician, father, partner, and customer support agent. In addition to fronting the music group Lewis & Clarke, he also runs an artist-based independent record label www.la-soc.com and enjoys the outdoors on a daily basis in beautiful Delaware Water Gap, PA. He has spanned a 13 year friendship with Justin and James.
