BILLING

We are now accepting payment by CREDIT CARD. To change your payment method please use the CHANGE PAYMENT form located on the top banner of your Broker Admin site. Please note that ALL billing changes must be submitted by the 20th of the month. Changes will go into effect on the 1st of the following month.

For your convenience we now have a direct billing line available. Please call this number with any questions about your bill, your contract or to change your Lender and/or Title & Escrow Partners.

ADVERTISING

Monitor the Call Center

Under the "Waiting Tab" you now have the ability to view the call center's last few successful calls. This is great to double check that your agents are actually converting on these "hot" leads.

Feedback from Your Leads

We are now asking the leads to rate your agents from 1 to 10. This feedback is reported only to you, the broker, and can be found under the audit tab. We hope this is helpful in getting the pulse of your leads and how they react/respond to your agents.
