Want to Put $1,000 in Your Account?

Wednesday, March 17. 2010

The biggest compliment we can receive is a referral from you—and the way we pay you back for referring a new broker customer is with a $1,000 system credit from Market Leader.

Get started with these steps:

1. Contact your business colleagues and talk about your experience with Team Leader or RealtyGenerator.
2. Introduce your referral to Market Leader by
clicking here or calling 1-877-732-9515 and join the product demo phone call.
3. Get a $500 service credit to your account when your referral signs up for the Team Leader solution and earn a $1,000 service credit to your account when your referral signs up for RealtyGenerator.
4. Your service credit will be posted to your account the month following your referral's signed agreement is in effect.

It's easy money! Remember: In case of duplicate referrals, the first real estate team or broker that makes the referral gets the credit.

Speaking of Responsiveness

Friday, March 5. 2010

If you read the 2009 NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, you know that 93% of those surveyed rated responsiveness as very important—even above knowledge of the real estate market. Just about everyone likes being served quickly: aren't you happier with your service when you get your latte right away? Won't you come back to that cafe again?

When it comes to your real estate business, map out some goals around responsiveness. Hard, concrete goals that you can measure. And then stick to them.

RealtyGenerator's See How You're doing tool allows you to monitor your own performance. To open it, click the "See How You're Doing" button in the menu on the left side of your main page. You'll find a handful of statistics based on your account with explanations of what the statistics mean and what is normal or expected. If you're a broker, you can check on your team's responsiveness in your weekly emails.
