In an effort to keep RG running as fast as possible there is going to be scheduled downtime to do some system upgrades. Please keep in mind these are windows in which we may be down, not definite downtime for the entire period. We will do our best to keep it to a minimum.

BILLING

We are now accepting payment by CREDIT CARD. To change your payment method please use the CHANGE PAYMENT form located on the top banner of your Broker Admin site. Please note that ALL billing changes must be submitted by the 20th of the month. Changes will go into effect on the 1st of the following month.

Who Owns the Word MLS?

Lately I have been coming across more and more real estate boards that having been banning the use of the word “MLS.” They can't use it in print, radio, TV and especially Internet to convey the service they offer. The public knows what the MLS is and expects their agent to offer it. If they don't see that, they are going to go to the next guy that does. So if agents have their hands tied and the boards are selectively enforcing this rule, it makes for quite an unfair business environment... continued here

Brokers Can Chat Now Too!

There's a new tool that allows an administrator to chat with any online leads using any instant messenger program via Plugoo. This is similar to the Realtor's chat tool, except it allows the administrator to chat with any lead, and makes them the focal point for any incoming chat. Every company would be smart to establish an administrator or assistant to utilize this chat tool.
